Anu Chaudhary

Partner, Global Head of ESG Consulting

Anu is an internationally recognized leader in the ESG domain with rich experience of over two decades. She has worked extensively in varied areas such as Low Carbon Technologies, Corporate Sustainability, Climate Action, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a part of this journey, she has interacted and worked closely with governments, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, including the United Nations (Germany), American National Accreditation Board (US), and the Gold Standard Foundation (Switzerland).

Anu worked in the Climate Action & Sustainability vertical of DNV Europe for over a decade and led the Corporate Sustainability group for Tata Technologies. Anu has also worked closely with Ford in North America. In 2016, Anu started her own ESG firm, SustainPlus, which provided a range of services across sectors to clients in India, Europe, the Middle East, and the US.

Anu has been conferred with several awards and recognition over the years, including the ‘CII Women Corporate Leadership Award for ESG’, ‘Most Influential Sustainability Leaders of India’, and the ‘Sheroes Award for exemplary work in Sustainability’. She has also been featured in the British High Commission’s publication dedicated to Top Women Leaders recognized for their significant contribution towards the UN SDGs.

Anu finds her creative fulfillment in painting. She is a voracious reader, loves to travel, meet new people, and is always happy to learn something new.

Dr. Rajesh Nair

Partner, ESG Consulting

Rajesh has been an entrepreneur, policy consultant, and researcher in the Climate Change, Sustainability, and Energy Analytics space, with close to 22 years of experience. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from IIM Ahmedabad.

During his career, he has worked closely with policy makers (including the Indian Prime Minister’s Office), the private sector, DFIs, and civil society in promoting Climate Change Mitigation and Sustainable Development. His entrepreneurial ventures have been in the Climate Tech and Blockchain space. Prior to joining Uniqus, he was a Partner with ERM, leading their Climate Change and Sustainability Practice for South Asia. He has global experience, having worked in Japan at NIES and having set up an office in Houston as part of his venture Ecologix. He has published extensively on climate mitigation, including in peer-reviewed international journals, and has spoken at international conferences. His publications have been cited in the Nobel Peace Prize-winning IPCC’s Fourth Assessment Report. He also has a passion to teach and has taken sessions at his alma mater IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and XLRI.

Naresh Dusi

Chief Technology Officer

Naresh is an Engineering Graduate from REC/NIT Durgapur with almost 20 years of experience in leading, managing, architecting, and building highly scalable, mission critical, distributed SAAS and mobile applications for startups and large enterprise product companies.

Prior to Uniqus, Naresh was with Amazon, where he led the tech team responsible for managing and supporting one of the largest seller-based platforms, with more than one million sellers. In his role, he was responsible for re-engineering the entire invoicing platform to make it more scalable and global. In his earlier organizations, Naresh has contributed greatly to the development of platforms around the UPL Agri Tech ecosystem along with the launch of UPL’s first e-commerce launch for retailers. He also played a critical role in revamping tech platforms across multiple markets during his journey at the Indian Energy Exchange.
