Bharat Chadha

Bharat has over 17 years of professional services experience in technology consulting, working with organizations such as Infosys, Protiviti, Deloitte, and KPMG. He is an alumnus of Columbia Business School and is an engineering graduate with an MBA degree. Bharat has extensively worked with clients in the Middle East, the US, Japan, and the UK, across Manufacturing, Banking, and Telecom sectors and has successfully delivered multiple technology implementations and digital transformation projects.

Bharat has spearheaded numerous IT Risk and compliance programs, including Digital SOX compliance, Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), COSO, COBIT, Cyber Security Maturity assessments, IT Asset Management, ERP Pre/Post-implementation reviews, and IT Governance for leading global organizations. Before joining Uniqus, Bharat played a key role in establishing and growing the platform engineering and digital solutions practice for KPMG India.

Taran comes with over 16 years of experience in in Cyber Security and Digital Risk Consulting. He has deep expertise in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Digital Trust & Transformation, Cyber Transformation, Program Management, IT Compliance, and IT Asset Management. Taran has served clients in sectors like healthcare, automotive, consumer products, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, finance, and telecommunications. Before joining Uniqus, Taran worked with EY, where he successfully led the implementation of leading security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, TISAX, ISO 22301) and developed cybersecurity governance frameworks for marquee clients around the globe. His expertise includes managing large-scale cyber transformation projects, assessing, and enhancing cyber resilience and maturity, and reducing the cost of compliance for organizations. At Uniqus, Taran will play a critical role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of cyber and digital risks while enhancing resilience in the face of disruptions.

He previously held leadership roles at Protiviti, where he led the global NetSuite and Solution Design practices and built a standardised go-to-market methodology across technology platforms. He is a certified CISA, ISO 27001, and ITIL professional with experience across industries including manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, healthcare, and oil and gas.

He has led cybersecurity and IT risk engagements covering IT security assessments, IT General Controls (ITGC) audits, ISO 27001 reviews, and IT governance assessments. His experience also includes internal audits related to IT asset management and third-party risk assessments. Prior to joining us, he worked with EY and PwC.
