What finance teams are up against.

Spreadsheet chaos. Version conflicts. Compliance risk.

Shrinking Deadlines, Growing Complexity

Regulatory timelines are tighter than ever, while reporting requirements across jurisdictions keep multiplying.

Error-Prone Manual Processes

Spreadsheet-based financials leave teams exposed to casting errors, broken links, and version conflicts.

Zero Governance Visibility

No audit trail. No accountability. No way to track who changed what and when.

Multi-Jurisdiction Statutory Reporting

Managing group entities across multiple frameworks and standards becomes nearly unmanageable without a unified platform.

Reporting UniVerse

Your Single Source of Truth

A cloud-based financial reporting platform built by accountants, for accountants – shaped by decades of domain experience to build efficiencies with automated precision.

Audit log and Version control
AI Enabled
System assisted casting
Validation dashboard
One click Roll-Forward
XBRL ready
Workflow-controlled entries, Built-In auditability
System managed Note Numbering and value referencing

What this means for users

No more versions across shared drives or reconciling numbers between disconnected spreadsheets. With Reporting UniVerse, your trial balance, adjustments, and financial statements live in one governed workspace; so every number your team works with, is the same number your auditor sees.

Consolidate with ease

Purpose-built for consolidation

Reporting UniVerse brings deep accounting domain expertise into a purpose-built consolidation engine; automating the entire journey from entity setup to print-ready consolidated output.

Automated Currency Conversion

Centralized foreign exchange configuration drives automated conversion across both trial balances (TB) and non-TB data. Eliminates manual processing and ensures accuracy across every entity.

Integrated GL Mapping

Maps general ledger (GL) accounts from multiple enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs) to a unified group TB mapping. Accurate consolidation is based on consistent classification.

Acquisition Adjustments

Structured workflows for purchase price allocation (PPA), non-controlling interest (NCI), and goodwill with built-in interlinkages across modules. Controlled and auditable.

Intercompany Eliminations

System managed matching and elimination. Exception reports surface mismatches instantly, accelerating resolution.

Disclosure Consolidation

System-driven workflow for non-TB disclosures with user-defined templates at entity level. Automated aggregation and foreign exchange difference computation ensure accuracy and speed.

What this means for users

Every module is interlinked. Changes in one module flow through all modules, maintaining a single source of truth from trial balance to print-ready statements.

Historical acquisition data — including PPA adjustments, goodwill and NCI computations — stays within the platform. Once recorded, this data automatically gets carried forward into future periods, eliminating the need to rebuild or re-enter acquisition workings at every reporting cycle.

Domain Expertise That Delivers

Print-Ready Output

Comprehensive features to produce flawless, print-ready financial statements efficiently.

Core features

System-Driven Roll-Forward

Carries your complete reporting structure forward to the next period — mappings, configurations, templates, and formatting — in a single step. No rebuilding, no rework.

Automated Rounding and Casting

Rounds up the entire statement set to your chosen unit with a single click. Notes round first, flow to the faces, and casting differences are identified and resolved in a few clicks — with full consistency across every statement.

Workflow-Based Adjustments

Reclassifications, audit adjustments, and other period-end corrections move through a structured approval workflow. Every entry is tracked, every approval is on record.

Structured, Process-Driven Reporting

The platform follows a defined module-by-module journey — from master setup to final output — ensuring every step is governed, sequenced, and auditable.

Validation Dashboards

Automated checks ensure values across statements and disclosures are aligned. Discrepancies are surfaced and highlighted before they reach the auditor.

Auto Note Numbering and Sequencing

Note references update dynamically as disclosures evolve. System-assisted sequencing ensures consistency without manual intervention.

Output and compliance

Audit Logs and Version Control

Every user- and system-initiated change is captured in a comprehensive audit log, downloadable, reviewable, and always available.

Print-Ready Output

Extract final financial statements in PDF and Word, along with a trial balance- linked Excel — formatted, rounded, and ready for sign-off.

Role-Based Access Controls

Segregation of duties enforced at every step. Administrators, editors, approvers, auditors, and viewers — each with clearly defined access and permissions.

XBRL / iXBRL Integration

System-assisted regulatory tagging to support compliant filings — reducing manual tagging effort and accelerating submission timelines.

GenAI-Powered Intelligence

Integrated AI capabilities that support your team with intelligent research and reporting assistance.

The result: print-ready output, backed by a process your auditors will trust.

A structured, process-driven workflow that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Instant Accounting Research

Resolve complex accounting questions under any GAAP — within the platform. No more tab-switching or waiting for experts.

AI-Assisted Disclosure Drafting

Generate disclosure drafts, note descriptions, and management commentary — using accounting standards and your entity’s data.

Hours → Minutes.

Tasks that buried teams for days now happen in minutes. That’s real AI-enablement

For a large manufacturing company, preparing financial statements involved coordinating across multiple stakeholder teams – a process where note sequencing and disclosure referencing required close attention, particularly when late-stage additions shifted the order of notes downstream. Reporting UniVerse streamlined this with validation dashboards that gave the team visibility across every number in the disclosure package, and auto note sequencing that instantly reordered all cross-references whenever a note was added or moved. The result was a controlled, consistent disclosure package delivered as print-ready output, ahead of deadline.

Built for Every Finance Team.

Designed for Every Entity.

Whether you’re a CFO of a listed conglomerate or a controller at a subsidiary -Reporting UniVerse meets to your needs.

Banks and financial services

Statutory reporting, regulatory disclosures, and complex note preparation — automated and validated.

Global capability centres

Reporting UniVerse supports multi-framework output from a single platform, letting GCC teams deliver financials under various local GAAP’s from a single workspace, not multiple disconnected files

Accounting and consulting firms

Serve more clients, faster. Standardise processes and deliver consistent, high-quality financial statements.

What this means for users

Whether you are a single-entity startup submitting statutory filings the first time or a listed company managing quarterly and annual reporting cycles. Configurations, templates, and mappings carry forward period to period through system-driven roll-forward, so your Day-2 close is faster than your Day-1.

A listed financial services company was managing periodic financial reporting through a heavily manual, version-intensive process – values keyed across documents, notes reconciled by hand, and a new version born with every late adjustment. By submission time, little room remained for meaningful review. Reporting UniVerse replaced this with a connected, system-driven workflow: automated casting removed rounding reconciliation at every revision cycle, while in-text note and value referencing ensured that a number updated once propagated instantly across the entire disclosure package. The platform eliminated version risk, timelines shortened, and the finance team freed to focus on review and judgement – not file management.
