Managing communication with key stakeholders (BRLMs, BRLM counsels, Company counsel, International counsel, Auditors, Independent Cas, and Company POCs), assistance in filling all standard certificates, ICA certificates, and monitoring adherence to timelines for all workstreams

Senior Management Updates

Conducting regular cadence calls with senior management covering project progress, delayed workstreams, potential pitfalls, and key roadblocks
