- The client was one of the largest manufacturers of spices and confectionaries in India
- Client had implemented homegrown legacy applications to support business
- With ongoing expansion in business operations and acquisition into a new line of business, scaling the homegrown application to meet the business requirement was not feasible due to problems in the technical architecture of the legacy application
- Client decided to implement SAP S4 Hana as the core ERP. However, due to a lack of in-house competencies in SAP, the CIO was facing difficulties with smooth migration to SAP and delays in the go-live implementation
