With ongoing expansion in business operations and acquisition into a new line of business, scaling the homegrown application to meet the business requirement was not feasible due to problems in the technical architecture of the legacy application
Client decided to implement SAP S4 Hana as the core ERP. However, due to a lack of in-house competencies in SAP, the CIO was facing difficulties with smooth migration to SAP and delays in the go-live implementation
