Acquisition valuation and PPA execution
Led the valuation workstream across both acquisitions, including the identification and valuation of key intangible assets, the development of valuation models, and the reconciliation of fair value conclusions to transaction economics and accounting requirements. Supported audit readiness through validation of assumptions, source data analysis, and preparation of technical valuation documentation
Deal accounting coordination and stakeholder management
Acted as an extension of the client’s finance function, overseeing valuation-related accounting activities, managing timelines and interdependencies across valuation, accounting, and audit teams, and facilitating timely communication with internal stakeholders and external auditors
