Uniqus Consultech, a platform that offers ESG and Accounting & Reporting Consulting on Tuesday said it has raised $20 million in its Series C round led by existing backer Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Sorin Investments.
The latest infusion, which follows a $10 million Series B round last year, will support the company’s plans to expand globally, invest in Al-led solutions, and build adjacent reporting and risk consulting offerings.
Founded two years ago, Uniqus has operations across 11 cities in India, the US, and the Middle East and serves more than 250 clients. Its platform provides tech-enabled solutions across accounting, reporting, finance operations, governance, ESG, and risk domains.
The capital will also be used to build Uniqus Al, the company’s new initiative focused on embedding generative AI across its core consulting processes.
Nexus Venture Partners, which has previously backed unicorns like Delhivery and Unacademy, continues to deepen its bet on enterprise and digital India-focused businesses.
“While traditional consulting firms struggle to adapt to changing market needs, Uniqus takes a fundamentally different approach that delivers superior results,” said Anup Gupta, Managing Director at Nexus said, adding that the company’s strategic use of technology and Al, coupled with its global cloud delivery model, unlocks an enormous opportunity to transform client outcomes and redefine consulting economics.
According to Tracyn, Uniqus has raised over $41 million in equity funding across four rounds.
