Uniqus Consultech, an accounting and ESG solutions provider has raised $20 million in Series C funding led by existing investors Nexus Venture Partners and Sorin Investments. The funds will drive Uniqus’ global expansion, launch new services, and accelerate AI-led R&D to tackle reporting and risk management challenges.

“Our latest round of funding positions us to expand our capabilities and geographical presence as we tap into a $100 billion market. The funding will also help us to build Uniqus AI, leveraging our deep domain skills and new GenAI models to transform how consulting services are delivered,” said Jamil Khatri, Co-Founder & CEO of Uniqus.
The Mumbai-based consultancy firm had earlier raised $41.4 million in 4 rounds of funding. Uniqus also partners with companies like Cranium AI to offer AI Risk Management Solutions for its clients.
Nexus Venture Partners is an India-US venture fund with a focus on enterprise technology and the digital India space. Sorin Investments is an early-stage tech fund founded in 2021.
