One of the leading companies in the consumer goods manufacturing of spices and confectionaries.
The business situation
The client was one of the largest manufacturers of spices and confectionaries in India.
The client had implemented homegrown legacy applications to support business.
With ongoing expansion in business operations and acquisition into a new line of business, scaling home grown application to meet the business requirement was not feasible due to problem in technical architecture of legacy application.
Client decided to implement SAP S4 Hana as the core ERP. However, due to lack of in-house competencies in SAP, CIO was facing difficulties with smooth migration to SAP and delaying in the go-live implementation.
