The business situation
The customer regularly prepares and distributes a comprehensive monthly flash report encompassing over 80 key performance indicators across the organization, directed to the CFO, Executive Committee, and Board members. This information was prepared manually collating information across multiple ERP, Planning, Data Warehouse and operational systems.
Customer wanted to transform the monthly flash into fully automated dynamic interactive digital dashboards, enhancing the Board's capability to scrutinize and evaluate organizational performance with greater efficacy.
