Abhijit Varma

Abhijit has over 25 years of extensive experience in Analytics, AI, Automation, and Cyber Risk and heads the Global Tech Consulting practice for Uniqus. Before joining Uniqus, he played various leadership roles at KPMG, across the US and India. He was instrumental in establishing and leading KPMG India’s Analytics, AI, and Automation practice, serving clients in 22 countries and creating marquee solutions.

In his prior roles, Abhijit spearheaded the development of several key services in technology risk and cyber domains. His expertise lies in creating efficient systems and simplifying cyber risk and compliance efforts for his clients.

Through his career, Abhijit has served over 200 clients, including five Fortune ten companies.

Mitushi is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Tech Risk, Intelligent Automation, and Transformation. She has successfully served more than 200 clients globally, including numerous Fortune 50 companies. With significant expertise in modernizing cybersecurity and tech risk programs, Mitushi focuses on making them relevant in today’s cloud and AI-driven landscape.

Before joining Uniqus, she held various leadership positions at KPMG, working across the US and India. Mitushi will lead the Cyber and Tech Risk Practice for Uniqus in the US.

Bharat Chadha

Bharat has over 17 years of professional services experience in technology consulting, working with organizations such as Infosys, Protiviti, Deloitte, and KPMG. He is an alumnus of Columbia Business School and is an engineering graduate with an MBA degree. Bharat has extensively worked with clients in the Middle East, the US, Japan, and the UK, across Manufacturing, Banking, and Telecom sectors and has successfully delivered multiple technology implementations and digital transformation projects.

Bharat has spearheaded numerous IT Risk and compliance programs, including Digital SOX compliance, Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR), COSO, COBIT, Cyber Security Maturity assessments, IT Asset Management, ERP Pre/Post-implementation reviews, and IT Governance for leading global organizations. Before joining Uniqus, Bharat played a key role in establishing and growing the platform engineering and digital solutions practice for KPMG India.

Ellen brings over a decade of experience within the professional services industry in supporting clients across regions and sectors. Throughout her career, she has played multiple roles at PWC, KPMG and specialized firms. Most recently she was a leader in CFGI’s Business Transformation practice focusing specifically on supporting the office of the CFO with system selections, implementations, assessments, and optimizations. Ellen takes a specific focus on the intersection points of people, process and technology when assisting clients through their system transformation initiatives. She began her career at a global long/short equity firm in Research and Operations.

Taran comes with over 16 years of experience in in Cyber Security and Digital Risk Consulting. He has deep expertise in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Digital Trust & Transformation, Cyber Transformation, Program Management, IT Compliance, and IT Asset Management. Taran has served clients in sectors like healthcare, automotive, consumer products, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, finance, and telecommunications. Before joining Uniqus, Taran worked with EY, where he successfully led the implementation of leading security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, TISAX, ISO 22301) and developed cybersecurity governance frameworks for marquee clients around the globe. His expertise includes managing large-scale cyber transformation projects, assessing, and enhancing cyber resilience and maturity, and reducing the cost of compliance for organizations. At Uniqus, Taran will play a critical role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of cyber and digital risks while enhancing resilience in the face of disruptions.
